A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.
Specifies three generic packages of scalar, vector and matrix operations called GENERIC-COMPLEX-TYPES, GENERIC-REAL-ARRAYS and GENERIC-COMPLEX-ARRAYS, a package of related exceptions called ARRAY EXCEPTIONS and a generic package of complex input and output operations called COMPLEX-IO.
