Indien men ontwerpt volgens NVN-ENV 1991-2-7 in combinatie met dit NAD mag worden aangenomen, dat het in NEN 6700 geeiste veiligheidsniveau wordt bereikt. Voor zover in dit NAD verwezen naar normen waarnaar ook in het Bouwbesluit is verwezen en waarvoor in of krachtens het Bouwbesluit nadere toepassingsvoorwaarden zijn gegeven, worden deze geacht van toepassing te zijn.
