Dit National Application Document (NAD) geeft richtlijnen voor het gebruik in Nederland van NVN-ENV 1992-1-3 Eurocode 2 - Ontwerp en berekening van betonconstructies - Deel 1-3: Algemene regels - Geprefabriceerde betonnen elementen en constructies, alsmede de voor Nederland geldende waarden van de NVN-ENV 1992-1-3 gegeven omkaderde waarden van parameters. Bouwconstructie volgens NVN-ENV 1992-1-3 en dit NAD, mogen geacht worden ten minste hetzelfde niveau van veiligheid en bruikbaarheid te bezitten als ingevolge 5.3 van NEN 6700 (TGB 1990). In grote lijnen kan deze combinatie worden gebruikt voor NEN 6720 (VBC 1995). Nadrukkelijk wordt vermeld dat NEN 6720 hiermee niet is vervallen.
