Defines methods for the determination of monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the four conventional EC food simulants; water, 3 % w/v acetic acid, 15 % v/v ethanol and olive oil. Methods are capable of determining monoethylene glycol and dietylene glycol in food simulants separately, or combined, at the specific migration limit SML (T) of 30 mg/kg.
