La présente partie de la présente Norme européenne prescrit une méthode d'essai en laboratoire permettant de déterminer la charge axiale maximale pouvant être appliquée à un rail fixé à une traverse, un support ou un élément de voie sur dalle au moyen d'un système de fixation, sans qu'il se produise un déplacement irréversible du rail. Cette méthode d'essai s'applique à un ensemble de fixation complet.
