La présente norme spécifie la méthode d'essai permettant de déterminer la consommation d'énergie gaz des fours domestiques à gaz lorsqu'ils sont utilisés dans un ou plusieurs des modes de cuisson définis en 3.1. Elle s'applique aux fours domestiques à gaz capables d'utiliser les gaz du groupe H ou du groupe E, après éventuelle conversion selon les instructions du fabricant.
