La présente norme européenne définit la méthode d'essai permettant de déterminer la dilatation conventionnelle à l'humidité des carreaux céramiques non émaillés. Elle ne s'applique qu'aux carreaux dont l'absorption d'eau est supérieure à 6% (voir la norme EN 99 pour la détermination de l'absorption d'eau).
