Annex A (informative) Arrangement for conditioning,
relaxing and measurement
Defines a method of determining length and width of textile fabrics in a tension-free relaxed state. Applies to textile fabrics of full width, folded lengthwise or in tubular form, with length not in excess of 100m. Does not give a method for determination or description construction and other defects and does not apply to coated fabrics.
