Le présent document couvre les conditions techniques requises pour les émetteurs et récepteurs radio utilisés dans les stations du service radio mobile privé (PMR). Il concerne l'utilisation dans le service mobile terrestre sur des fréquences radio comprises entre 30 MHz et 3 GHz, avec des séparations de canaux (CSP) étroites (inférieures à 10 kHz) pour la transmission de voix et/ou de données.
