This document prescribes requirements and test methods for liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) intended for marketed vehicles and supplied with LPG defined as a low-pressure liquefied gas composed of one or more light hydrocarbons, assigned only to UN Nos. 1011, 1075, 1965, 1969 or 1978 and consisting mainly of propane, propene, butane, butane isomers, butenes with traces of other hydrocarbon gases.
