Defines methods of measuring liquid flow in closed conduits by determination of the volume of liquid collected in a volumetric tank in a known time interval. Particularly concerned with the measuring apparatus, procedure, method of calculation of the flow-rate and assessing of uncertainties associated with the measurements.
