La présente norme spécifie les procédures utilisées à l'interface radio pour le fonctionnement normal, l'enregistrement, l'effacement, l'activation, la désactivation, l'invocation et l'interrogation des compléments de service d'identification de ligne. La fourniture et le retrait de ces services est une affaire d'ordre administratif entre l'abonné mobile et le prestataire de service et n'engendre pas de signalisation sur l'interface radio.
