Le rapport technique ISO/CEI TR 15504 (ISO/SPICE), composé de neuf parties, définit un référentiel pour l'évaluation de processus de logiciel. Ce référentiel est destiné aux organisations qui souhaitent planifier, manager, suivre, controler et améliorer leur acquisition, fourniture, développement, exploitation, évolution et support de logiciels. Le présent document fixe le vocabulaire de tous les termes spécifiques au rapport technique.
