This standard identifies the minimum job performance requirements (JPRs) for a health and safety offi‐ cer (HSO) and an incident safety officer (ISO) for a fire department and contains minimum requirements for a fire service–related occupational safety, health, and wellness program and an incident management system to be used by emergency services to manage all emergency incidents.
