Le présent document décrit une technique destinée à dépister les anticorps anti-Salmonella Pullorum Gallinarum, par agglutination rapide sur lame avec les antigènes de S. Pullorum souches standard (antigènes O: 1, 9, 12 3) et variant (antigènes O: 1, 9, 122), dans les sérums de poules, pintades, canards ou dindes. Il s'applique au dépistage des troupeaux infectés, à la recherche d'anticorps d'origine maternelle chez la descendance, ainsi qu'à la mise en évidence d'anticorps d'origine vaccinale. L'analyse s'effectue à partir de sérums frais ou congelés.
