La commission française de normalisation T60D a souhaité compléter la norme NF EN ISO 9167 parties 1 et 2 (indices de classement: V 03-918-1 et V 03-918-2) par le présent document qui prescrit une méthode de dosage rapide par CLHP des différents glucosinolates dans les graines de colza, exception faite des glucosinolates ayant des substituants sur la partie glucose.
