Le présent document décrit une méthode de détermination de l'azote total des aliments secs pour animaux ayant une teneur supérieure à 0,5 %. NOTE: L'azote peut provenir d'autres sources que les protéines. Ceci peut être le cas pour les fourrages (exemples: foins, ensilages, etc.) ou les produits qui en contiennent (présence de nitrates).
