The noise created by fastener driving tools directly affecting the surrounding environment should be calculated in a uniform method enabling comparison of final results. This contains provisions concerning the execution measurement of airborne noise in the vicinity of fastener driving tools and measurement of emission sound pressure levels at work station under defined operating conditions.
