Defines the procedure for determining the ultimate tensile strength, modulus and, if needed, the Poisson's ratio and elongation at failure in tension of carbon fibre reinforced plastics in the form of unidirectional laminates. Applies only to specimens where the axis is perpendicular to the direction of the fibres.
