Diese ÖNORM dient der Festlegung von Randbedingungen zur Berechnung des Heizwärmebedarfs und des Kühlbedarfs gemäss ÖNORM B 8110-6 sowie für Normen zur Berechnung von weiteren Energiekennzahlen im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und Rates vom 16. Dezember 2002 über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden, insbesondere von energetischen Kennwerten des Haustechnik- und Heizsystems.
