Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Konsistenz von Gussasphalt mit der Härtezahl-Prüfung unter festgelegten Prüfbedingungen. Beim Eindringversuch wird das Eindringen eines genormten Prüfstempels in eine Probe aus Gussasphalt bei einer festgelegten Temperatur und einer festgelegten Beanspruchung gemessen. Die Norm enthält normative Verweisungen. Angegeben werden weiters die erforderlichen Geräte, die Durchführung, die Auswertung der Ergebnisse und die Präzision des Prüfverfahrens.
