Sie gilt auch für Magerbeton und für durch Vibration verdichtete Frostschutzschichten sowie für Deckschichten von Brücken. Diese Norm gilt für Deckschichten von Strassen, Autobahnen und Flugplätzen, Fussgängerstrassen, Fahrradwegen, Lagerplätzen und allgemein für sämtliche Verkehrsbauten. Diese Norm legt Anforderungen fest für die Bestandteile für Fahrbahnbefestigungen aus Beton, die Eigenschaften von frischem und erhärtetem Beton und bestimmt die Einschränkungen für die Zusammensetzung von Beton.
