Diese Norm beschreibt eine spektralphotometrische Atomabsorptionsmethode zur Bestimmung des säurelöslichen und/oder des gesamten Aluminiums in unlegiertem Stahl. Das Verfahren ist auf Aluminiumgehalte zwischen 0,005 % (m/m) und 0,20 % (m/m) anwendbar.
