ÖNORM EN 755-2 legt die Grenzwerte für die mechanischen Eigenschaften von stranggepressten Stangen, Rohren und Profilen aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen fest. Die technischen Lieferbedingungen, einschliesslich Erzeugnis- und Prüfanforderungen, sind in EN 755-1 festgelegt. Die Bezeichnungen der Werkstoffzustände sind in EN 515 definiert. In der EN 573-3 sind die Grenzen der chemischen Zusammensetzung für diese Werkstoffe angegeben.
