Diese Europäische Norm legt Sicherheitsregeln für neue Personen- und Lastenaufzüge fest, die dauerhaft in bestehende Gebäude eingebaut werden, bei denen in manchen Fällen aufgrund von baulichen Einschränkungen durch bauliche Einschränkungen einige Anforderungen von EN 81-1 und EN 81-2 nicht erfüllt werden können (siehe Einleitung, 3.
