Diese Europäische Norm legt die Bestimmung der Phytaseaktivität in Futtermittelproben fest. Das Verfahren unterscheidet nicht, ob die Phytase als Futtermittelzusatz oder als endogene Phytase vorliegt, die bereits in den Futtermittel-Ausgangsstoffen vorhanden war. Das Verfahren ist ausschliesslich zur Bestimmung der Phytaseaktivität und nur für Alleinfuttermittel geeignet und validiert.
