Diese ÖNORM legt Anforderungen an Zertifikate für reine Gase und an Zertifikate für homogene Gasgemische fest, die als Kalibriergase verwendet werden sollen. Diese ÖNORM legt die mindestens erforderlichen Informationen (vorgeschriebene Angaben) und zusätzlich empfohlene Informationen (freiwillige Angaben) zur Kennzeichnung reiner Gase oder homogener Gasgemische fest, die unter Druck in Druckgasflaschen oder anderen Behältern geliefert werden. Sie enthält keine Festlegungen zu sicherheitstechnischen Angaben und diesbezüglicher Kennzeichnung.
