Diese ÖNORM soll dazu dienen, Korrosionsschäden und Ablagerungen in geschlossenen Warmwasser-Heizungsanlagen zu verhüten. Diese ÖNORM ist anzuwenden für direkt mittels Heizkessel und indirekt mittels Umformer beheizte geschlossene Heizungsanlagen (gemäss ÖNORM B 8131) mit Betriebstemperaturen bis maximal 100 grad C. Sie wendet sich sowohl an den Planer und den Errichter als auch an den Betreiber. In dieser ÖNORM werden Massnahmen zur Verhütung von Korrosion und Ablagerungen beschrieben.
