In dieser ÖNORM werden die Anforderungen an die Messung der Strahlungsbilanz, Globalstrahlung und Son- nenscheindauer festgelegt. Die Strahlungsmessung misst die Gesamtbestrahlung, die aus Sonnenstrahlung und terrestrischer Strahlung zusammengesetzt ist. Die Sonnenscheindauer ist die Dauer des Auftretens von direkter Sonnenstrahlung.
