Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM gilt für Einrichtungen zum Laden von Elektro-Strassenfahrzeugen an genormten Wechselspannungen bis 690 V und Gleichspannungen bis 1000 V und zur Stromversorgung aller zusätzlichen Betriebsfunktionen am Fahrzeug, die erforderlich sind, wenn das Fahrzeug an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist.
