1.0 Gives an introduction and context to PNO-ISC/SPEC/006 1.1 Defines signalling methods, codes and formats used to support Standard customer services and network features at interconnect point between public networks in UK that use C7 IUP protocol. The service is not supported on any specific interconnect or network. Services shall be determined by agreement between operators of the interconnected networks. Service overviews are for information only. 2.0 This part provides a library of messages and parameters for use across a national interconnect between two public Network Operators. Some are not standardised for national interconnects and their codes and formats are not part of this specification.
