Specifies the operation of UK Mobile Number Portability (MNP), based on a Signalling Relay Functionality implementation (SRF). Based on a feasibility study by the UK telecommunications industry which concluded that from the proposed technical solutions, SRF was the preferred method in the UK. Does not cover billing and administration system requirements; porting process requirements; CDR transfer process requirements or roaming information transfer requirements.
