This Technical Report provides a methodology f or approval of NDT personnel under the provisions of Directive 97/23/EC, Annex 1, section 3.1.3.

The provisions of Guideline 6/13 are detailed herein to ensure a consistent approach and a high level of confidence in the approval of NDT personnel by RTPO’s through widespread adoption of the criteria and approval processes detailed herein. A flow diagram illustrating this methodology is presented in Annex A.
