This Practice provides data forms and the associated instructions for specifying requirements for cylindrical, atmospheric and low-pressure, welded, shop-fabricated or field-fabricated dry bulk solids bins, hoppers, silos, and gravity blenders with internal design pressures not greater than 103 kPa (15 psig) and/or full vacuum external pressure at the top of the container in its normal operating position.
