    Gives the procedure for determination of the tensile strength of a stepped or tapered joint in reinforced plastics. It is applicable to secondary bonded laminates with unidirectional plies or woven fabric reinforcement. The materials that are to be bonded may be different. Adhesive may or may not be used in the bond-line.
