Describes the safety rules for the construction and installation of permanently installed new rack and pinion lifts with the drive unit attached to the car serving defined landing levels, having a car designed for the transportation of persons or persons and goods supported by rack and pinion and moving between guide rails inclined not more than 15 degree to the vertical.
