Gives minimum specifications for the standardisation of the technical characteristics of satellite receiving only earth stations, capable of receiving audiovisual signals and associated data. Applies to Television Receive Only (TVROs) earth stations which receive audiovisual signals in the Broadcasting Satellite Service (BSS) Ku band frequency ranges from 11,70 GHz to 12,50 GHz.
