Specifies the test schedules required to check for full conformance to the stage three of circuit mode on demand basic telecommunication services for the pan European Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) as provided by European Telecommunications Operators at the T reference point or coincident S and T reference points. Specifies the test schedule for the protocol requirements at the T reference point point where the user receives the service via a private ISDN. Applies to a Terminal Equipment (TE) representing a Terminal Equipment type one (TE1), Terminal Adaptor (TA) or Network Termination type two (NT2) functional entity.
