Specifies the rules for the construction and installation of permanently installed new electric lifts, with traction or positive drive, that serve defined landing levels, that have cars designed for the transportation of persons or persons and goods, are suspended by ropes and chains, and move between guide rails inclined at an angle not exceeding 15� to the vertical.
