A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

CODE C - Project not completed as scheduled and
estimated completion date has passed
CODE D - Estimated completion is next quarter
Comprises of four parts. The first part lists standardization projects in Federal Supply Class (FSC) sequence. The second part is in preparing activity symbol sequence. The third part lists, in FSC sequence, projects that propose cancellation of a standardization document. The fourth part lists, document title to project cross-reference in FSC sequence.
