Specifies the sampling parameters for the digital representation of the active line portion of encoded vide signals. Specifies the relationship between the sampling phase and the color subcarrier as well as digital levels of the video signal. Applicable to systems operating according to the 525-line 59.94-Hz HTSC standard as described by CCIR Report 624-3 (MOD F).
