    Defines the digital representation of stationary or moving two-dimensional images for television production. Includes both R', G', B' and Y', C'b, C'r expressions for the signal representation. The principal application of this standard is for the production of content for EDTV-11, which employs an NTSC letterbox encoding scheme, compatible with American National Standard for Television - Composite Analog Video Signal - NTSC for Studio Applications, ANSI/SMPTE 170M-1994.
