Annex A (informative) Information to be supplied by the
                      purchaser at enquiry and order stage

Defines the blow or pressure of the heated forgings at a suitable temperature (warm or hot) in a die, when in the forming process shapes the material to the form of the die. Also applies to closed die forgings when the surface is partially treated by cold coining or forming, to ensure improvement of the surface quality or for a more precise dimensional accuracy. Not applicable to open die forgings, where the tooling processes do not fully surround the components produced.
