Gives the requirements for group II, portable, transportable and fixed apparatus for detecting and measuring combustible gas or vapour concentrations in air. The apparatus, or parts of apparatus may be used or installed in potentially explosive atmospheres, except mines that are susceptible to firedamp. Applicable to apparatus meant to detect and measure the volume ratios of combustible gas or vapour in air in volume fractions from 0% to 100%.
