Gives a proposal for a rationalized framework of standards for electronic registered delivery services, as defined by the eIDAS Regulation, and fully aligned with the principles, criteria and structure of the TR 119 000: 'Rationalized structure for Electronic Signature Standardization' which describes the rationalized structure for the current and future European eSignatures standardization documents.
