Purpose of this NATO standardization agreement (STANAG) is to respond to the following interoperability requirements: - To execute appropriate individual and collective (units and national HQs) training to those whose role includes deployment in operational theatres where there is an Improvised Explosive Devices threat, consistent with the C-IED training requirements described in ACIEDP-01.
