Purpose of this agreement is to ensure that all fire-fighters supporting NATO missions will have the necessary specialized PPE to perform duties of fire suppression, rescue of endangered personnel, mitigate hazardous material incidents, and operate in a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) environment or terrorism induced incident.
