Presents Bellcore's current view of detailed specifications & functional requirements for application level messages that are required to support the mechanized system interface between the SEAS System & the Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) of the BCCs Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks which have Gateway functions. Includes specifications for syntax & semantics of individual interface commands & responses to support STP Gateway memory administration, data collection, & on occurrence event processes in the SEAS system. Present Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed incremental generic requirements for the Gateway Gateway Signaling Transfer Point's (i.e., the Gateway STP's or GSTP's) support of its memory administration & surveillance interface with the SEAS(TM) system.
