This document is being issued to add new criteria, update existing criteria, & provide editorial revisions intended to clarify test criteria as well as test methods & procedures to TR-NWT-001089 Issue 1, 10/91. The major revisions are: System-level ESD testing is now required for both normal operation & for installation & repair. Conducted emissions & immunity criteria for ac, dc & signal leads is revised to be consistent with ANSI C63.12.
