Presents Bellcore's current view of detailed specifications & proposed functional requirements for the messages comprising the application message layer (more formally , the User Program Layer (UPL) of the mechanized system interface between the SEAS system & the Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) of the Bellcore client Companies' (BCCs) Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. Provides Bellcore's preliminary views of revisions to selected Recent Change & Verify (RC&V) or memory administration messages used in the interface between (SEAS(TM) System & the BCCs STPs. The revisions shall support the SEAS system's administration of Signaling System 7 Cluster Routing & Management capabilities & supplier specific parameters for provisioned signaling links, link sets, destinations, & ordered routes.
